As successful as the modified "Southlands Plan" was for Kesia, I have been wracking my brain as to how to adapt it for Tom.  Whereas my two eldest children are intellectually very quick and socially and emotionally extremely challenged, Tom is almost the opposite.  He understands emotions very well, but struggles with memory and understanding of logic...
Finally, pushed to the edge with very challenging behaviours, I had the stroke of inspiration that had been lacking!
